教書育人

受聘“騰訊追夢(mèng)計(jì)劃特聘教授”和唐仲英基金會(huì)“仲英青年學(xué)者”,入選西安交大后備教學(xué)名師、“四個(gè)一百”老師和首批青年講師團(tuán)。開展全國(guó)首批“大數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用”課程體系、教學(xué)體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)平臺(tái)建設(shè),承擔(dān)《大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)》和《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式》等本科、研究生專業(yè)課的教學(xué)工作,編寫出版《大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)》專業(yè)核心課教材。

科研概況

在Web3.0區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)行為分析領(lǐng)域,聯(lián)合電信、數(shù)理、軟件等多學(xué)院導(dǎo)師,形成了一支特色鮮明的跨學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì),在Web3.0區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)模式機(jī)制、海量用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析領(lǐng)域逐漸取得世界領(lǐng)先的研究成果。先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金管理學(xué)部重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“分布式智造服務(wù)平臺(tái)模式與機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)”、自科基金重大研究計(jì)劃培育項(xiàng)目、陜西省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃-重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新鏈項(xiàng)目、陜西省發(fā)改委創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目等科研項(xiàng)目。近年共發(fā)表SCI、EI論文近百篇,區(qū)塊鏈管理頂刊發(fā)表論文數(shù)量世界排名領(lǐng)先,代表性成果分別被刊登在JOM(運(yùn)營(yíng)管理 Top2)、ISR(信息管理 Top2)、TPAMI(人工智能 Top1)、TCybernetics、TKDE、TMC、TIFS等管理、計(jì)算機(jī)領(lǐng)域頂刊上,受到多名管理學(xué)頂級(jí)期刊編輯、IEEE 會(huì)士等國(guó)際著名學(xué)者的正面評(píng)價(jià)引用,其中“分布式自治組織運(yùn)營(yíng)管理”研究被運(yùn)營(yíng)管理頂級(jí)期刊主編評(píng)價(jià)為領(lǐng)域“奠基之作”,并受到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委報(bào)道推廣。先后獲評(píng)多項(xiàng)陜西省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)、陜西省高校優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)及國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議獎(jiǎng)。

自2017年起持續(xù)獲取6條國(guó)際公用區(qū)塊鏈億級(jí)賬戶百億級(jí)鏈上行為數(shù)據(jù),建設(shè)國(guó)際商學(xué)院領(lǐng)先的Web3.0區(qū)塊鏈數(shù)字資產(chǎn)平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,被康奈爾大學(xué)、佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)、華盛頓大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、南洋理工大學(xué)等多所國(guó)際著名高校學(xué)者采納使用。同時(shí)通過主辦國(guó)內(nèi)首屆 Web3.0 運(yùn)營(yíng)與信息管理學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、PACIS 區(qū)塊鏈工作坊等學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng),聯(lián)合本領(lǐng)域國(guó)內(nèi)外頂級(jí)學(xué)者引領(lǐng)區(qū)塊鏈管理新領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。

成果轉(zhuǎn)化

積極在中鐵一局、華為、OPPO、北京移動(dòng)、山東聯(lián)通、北京電網(wǎng)等企事業(yè)單位開展科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化,多項(xiàng)智能行為分析算法、大數(shù)據(jù)治理平臺(tái)、區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)了“城市地下空間大數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理、集成交換平臺(tái)”“運(yùn)營(yíng)商大數(shù)據(jù)分析關(guān)鍵模型”“Web3.0互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶行為分析及可視化平臺(tái)”等行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、平臺(tái),獲批發(fā)明專利17項(xiàng)、實(shí)用新型專利3項(xiàng)及軟件著作權(quán)29項(xiàng),產(chǎn)生了顯著的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。行為大數(shù)據(jù)分析模型被中央電視臺(tái)綜合頻道“機(jī)智過人”節(jié)目專題報(bào)道,并獲2024年“數(shù)據(jù)要素”大賽陜西分賽城市治理賽道一等獎(jiǎng)。
