講座內(nèi)容：The field oforganizational behaviour is ginormous, and as a researcher it may be difficultto contribute to such a well-established field. In this presentation, Prof DeStobbeleir will share her view on where the field has been, and offer someideas about possible future research directions. She will for example zoom inon what recent evolutions in the labor market (e.g., gig economy) may mean forthe field. In this session, Professor De Stobbeleir will also present a briefoverview of her own research, and more particularly her research in the fieldof proactivity (e.g., her research with Sue Ashford on feedback seeking).

學(xué)者簡介：Katleen DeStobbeleir，2001年碩士畢業(yè)于比利時根特大學(xué)（University of Ghent）。2006至2007年在密歇根大學(xué)羅斯商學(xué)院進(jìn)行為期一年的訪問，導(dǎo)師為Susan J. Ashford。2008年博士畢業(yè)于根特大學(xué)?，F(xiàn)為弗拉瑞克商學(xué)院副教授，魯汶大學(xué)助理教授。主要研究方向?yàn)榻M織行為, 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，團(tuán)隊(duì)動力，反饋尋求行為和創(chuàng)造力，是Journal ofOccupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Management, HumanPerformance, Human Relations, Journal of OrganizationalBehavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Dynamics, Journal of Business& Psychology等期刊的審稿人，多數(shù)文章發(fā)表在國際知名期刊上，如Academy ofManagement Journal，Human Relations,Human Resource Management Review, Journal of organizational behavior, Journalof Occupational and Organizational Psychology等。
